Die Casting
LEMAC provide a total Non-Ferrous Pressure Die-casting service, from constructive input during component design, through tooling design and manufacture to volume component production, die maintenance and modification.
The services we provide are:
- Die-casting in zinc and aluminium alloys (to a casting weight of 2 Kg.)
- Die design and manufacture
- Volume component production
- Vibratory finishing
- Drilling
- Tapping
- Machining of castings to final specification
In addition to the above activities we have designed and manufacture a range of Die-cast Adjustable feet for use on catering equipment and on tubular fabrications.
Our Die casting service is quality accredited to BS EN ISO 9002.
